This two-day course covers how to safely and effectively coach others to improve their powerlifting lifts; the back squat, bench press, and deadlift. A combination of practical and theoretical, this course covers everything from lifting technique to designing training plans to improve performance in the three lifts.
This is an ideal course for coaches and instructors that already work with powerlifting and functional fitness communities, as well as coaches that work alongside athletes of all ages that want to improve their ability in the big three of powerlifting.
