Namaste! We are happy to announce a new beginner course in yogic Meditation! It is a six weeks meditation course from Wednesday 11th April at 06.30- 07.30 until May 16th. During the course, you will learn the basic principles of meditation and the techniques according to the Sivananda (traditional)yoga.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to try meditation for the first time and also for regular meditators interested in exploring another meditation method.
The class will be held in the morning because that is the best time for meditation practice. We will start the class with some Yogic breathing techniques, a few gentle yoga asanas and then you will learn each class techniques of Yogic Kriyas (Cleansing Exercise), Mantras and technique of meditation and we finish with 20 minutes Guided meditation.
